In the heart of truth, there is always kindness. Everything that is of Source holds care and love. It is about following our natural instincts as opposed to our thoughts – our thinking mind. We often hear the expression, “You can’t go wrong if you follow your heart.” Our heart holds higher values and pure thoughts, compassion and empathy.

Heart and love will direct us to right action and make our decisions easier. What is true and right action for us usually holds within it calmness and a peaceful feeling that tells us we have made the right decision. Right action always takes us to a higher place.

Let me be me today. I keep my eyes open to reality, practicing discernment and avoiding judgement. It is about being in our true heart, not in a sentimental but a loving way. Be happy!

Play is essential. It is life at its best. In play we are natural; we are in essence – non- thinking and expressive. Remove your serious face and dive into play.

Shadows are a part of life, but we can always find a reason to smile. Get out and get away from mind which takes you into corners where you did not intend to go.Smile, sing, dance – activate happiness. Take responsibility for your own joy. Misery is not a dress to wear.

Give more and ask for less. Life is meant to flow both ways. Life creates and recreates. Clean out closets and make room for the new to enter your life. The tried is not always true. Ask for a hug. Give one. Create something new and give it away. Gratefulness kisses your cheek.

Love is a force, a vibrational pattern. It bears repeating that if there is no kindness, there is no love. If we lived with love and in love, there would be no violence, because love has no borders.

We have great trouble on earth detaching from our emotions, many of which are a lower frequency. As we learn to let go and move into ” what is”- we vibrate at higher levels. We see and feel differently. We act more generously and are ready to listen. we are more gracious. Life should lift us higher, always. Our choices can take us there. We can choose to see beauty, talent and grace and invite it into our  lives. We can even create it! Let us all be a force for love. We give it in order to get it back; there is no need to fight to receive it. This is a universal law that most of us still need to learn, really learn. We cannot demand love. It simply flows back to us after we give it away.

Be happy and happiness builds in your life. Choose giving of yourself and you shall receive. Love and be loved. It is simple, is it not? We clean our own house, our history and free ourselves of pain and we have more within ourselves to give. Let us help each other. Let us be kind. Let us care and share.

 Love dares you to drop your long-learned skill of hiding what you think will be judged and allows you to be vulnerable without fear.

Love dares you to live in your essence, in the truth of who you are. Love is both a natural and a courageous act – a creator of harmony, our highest vibration.

Keep going, love is worth it. Put your fear aside. Tuck it away and forget it is there. We do not have to prove ourselves worthy of love. Love is kind and love does as love is.

We can lose hope and close our heart but love waits to be found once again. Love lifts us to higher action. Love looks you in the face and offers you courage to protect what you value.

Each One for All

Is it time to learn from the past? What can we say that will illuminate your thinking? Life in this world has been cruel and difficult. It has often been man conquering man to rule and control evermore. Today we have the illusion of having control and freedom. What is freedom? It is freedom from having to go to war, being free from heavy and dark anger that takes us into violence and prisons.

We wonder how much violence is due to a perception that we are helpless. Many people on earth behave as though they are captured and need to escape, as though everything has been taken away and they need to take it back.

It is difficult to measure pain and loss. It seems that many people feel as though they have no power. We also see many who are now uprising in great masses and beginning to demand freedom from tyranny of the super-powers, the super-wealthy, the entities who have quietly taken everything away while the people were asleep to what was going on. We wake up in many ways to our personal power.

There is a long way yet to go and little time. But, it is our consciousness, our wakefulness that will create the change we need- for every one of us to realize that what we do against one of us, we do to all of us. It is a radically new paradigm since we have always had many against others.It was a measure of power and greed. The new power is each one for all. This is the only way to survive and grow in all corners. All talents and skills are valuable.

It is for every being on this planet to fully understand that you do not have to deprive others to gain for yourself.Imagine a more giving, more caring society that is magnanimous, healed and happy. There will be no need for war. Peace is the only way. Let us choose to be fully aware and conscious. You really can be a hero and saviour in your own way. Let us use all available resources whether earth-bound or in the etheric.

We each have the capacity to save a moment, create a smile and open a new day for someone. Just as easily, we can darken the moment  if we are not awake and aware of our own heartbeat. It is awareness and being awake in every moment that carries us from a simple delight into bliss. Wakefulness is the surprise that brings us fully alive. It is available and a choice we make again and again.

We hope that you choose kindness, a smile. Choose to listen, to care, to lend a hand, give what we hope for ourselves. Choose dignity for all of humanity. Choose love and preservation of what sustains us. Choose memory and not forgetfulness. Choose touch, truth and beingness. Create a legacy of support; stand for goodness and peace.

How  do you say hello? Are you there in essence or have you left it under the bed? Where are you? In the heart is the seed of aliveness, of delight. Heart seeds are meant to be carried with us and scattered everywhere. When we open our hearts, we can flood the world with love. There is never too much.
