Yes Jean, playfulness is so important for the spirit. I will add here that my motto from a young child is “Smile”. My father told me to keep smiling. This has gotten me through many difficult times. No matter what was happening I could come up with a smile. Similar to the song ” Smile though your heart is aching.”
